Technical Team Lead for Omni-channel Systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our omni-channel systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure that the omni-channel systems are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of software solutions
- Oversee the integration of various systems to enable a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications and user guides.
- Manage team resources and allocate tasks to meet project deadlines
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, including system performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend solutions that align with the company's strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing omni-channel systems.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, point of sale, loyalty platforms and related technologies
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Java, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience with software, database, API design patterns and architecture principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
