**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager and Head Chef.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
- Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Train junior bar staff and support team development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barman or mixologist in a high-end or boutique hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative flair and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in bartending or mixology is advantageous.
