TERRA Restaurant is looking for a passionate and skilled Barman / Barista to join our dynamic front-of-house team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers excellent service, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, coffee, wine, and beverages to TERRA's quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and coffee station.
  • Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Uphold consistency, presentation, and accuracy in every drink served.
  • Support FOH team during service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or mixologist in a quality restaurant or café environment.
  • Sound knowledge of coffee preparation, spirits, cocktails, and South African wines.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
