A fast growing multi-national auto after-market service group is looking for a young, energetic, experienced Workshop Receptionist/Administrator, with strong workshop admin, costing and client relations skill to join their dynamic team.

**DUTIES**
- Implement administration procedures within the workshop,
- Assist with day to day running of the workshop,
- Keep all administration up to RMI standards,
- Be responsible for bookings in of vehicles,
- Quotations,
- Job costing,
- Upselling additional services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

3 years of Service Advisor experience,
- Previous experience in the motor industry aftersales department, Service Centre will be an advantage
- Strong Admin Skills,
- Costing experience,
- Social Media skills
- Own transport
- Must be willing to learn
- Have good work ethic combined with high integrity and honesty
- Must have sober habits
- Able to work under pressure
