We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Officer to join our dynamic team at a leading telecommunications company. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by **transforming sales opportunities into signed, sealed contracts.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Champion the Deal**:Provide expert support to our Key Account Managers, ensuring new business opportunities are successfully translated into binding contracts.
- **Contract Maestro**:Provide support with the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to final execution. Your keen understanding of contractual terms and commercial agreements will be invaluable.
- **Eagle Eye for Detail**:Meticulously manage the contract library, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation. You’ll also keep a watchful eye on industry trends and regulations, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- **Team Player**:Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders - Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations - to secure timely approvals and navigate the complexities of finalizing agreements.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage the commercial pipeline and ensure smooth order processing.
- **Communication is Key**:Maintain excellent communication with clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
- A degreed professional (preferably in Business or Law) with at least 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- A proven track record of success in contract negotiation and commercial contract management. Certifications in these areas are a plus
- An analytical thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
