**LICENCING OFFICER (RUNNER)**
Our client is looking for a **hard-working** and **energetic** individual with good interpersonal and administration skills to form part of the **License and Registration team **in **Bellville Stikland Industrial**, Western Cape.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Draw R114 report at License Office on the 14th of every month.
- Process and facilitate Police Clearance Applications
- Administer de-registrations of vehicles.
- Manage traffic fines (Re-direct traffic fines)
- Complete transactional logbook for clients
- Provide assistance with regards to delivery of licenses / collecting of NATIS documents
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential)
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above average administration skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel)
- Technically-savvy
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities in
line with job delegation.
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis.
- Physically fit and flexible to stand for long period of times in queues at the Traffic Department.
- Provide own transport and ensure the upkeep and care of own vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license
