Personal Assistant to Registrar: Group Academic

**CAD4ALL Institute of Applied Architecture and Digital Arts** is seeking a **dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Assistant** to support the Registrar: Academic in academic operations and quality assurance across our higher education and occupational training portfolios.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide executive-level support to the Registrar, with a focus on academic programme management and compliance
- Assist in coordinating quality assurance, accreditation, and curriculum review processes
- Compile academic reports, manage documentation, and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. QCTO, DHET, SETAs)
- Organise and manage internal academic meetings, audits, and stakeholder communication

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Administration, or a related field)
- Prior experience in a higher education or TVET/SETAs environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management
- **Own laptop, cell phone, and reliable transport - non-negotiable**:

Pay: R15 000,00 per month
