**Minimum Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor’s degree** or higher (Honours/Master’s/PhD advantageous depending on role)
- Relevant industry or academic experience
- Understanding of **South African higher education** frameworks (CHE/QCTO/SAQA/SETA)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and academic planning skills
