The successful incumbent will possess the following qualities: - Be proactive and have a positive outlook on life - Willing to go the extra mile - Excellent written and communication skills - Good organizational skills (Time management etc.) - A can-do attitude - Willingness to learn - Excellent telephone manners - Highly numerate - Extremely Meticulous - Fast-paced Environment - need to be able to work under pressure They will also possess the following skills and experience: -- Fully computer literate - Basic accounts capturing and processing - Attention to detail and accuracy - Bookkeeping / Xero Experience would be an advantage - Marketing Experience Duties will include: - Assisting the Director with business and personal matters - Banking - Marketing - Liaison with accountants - Compiling of quotes - Filing A "can do" attitude is key. People person who is assertive and tenacious - a good team player. Someone who can think on their feet. An all-rounder, multitasker who goes above & beyond the call of duty. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Education**: - High School (matric) (preferred) **Experience**: - in a similar position: 3 years (preferred) - bookkeeping (advantageous): 3 years (preferred) - some marketing: 3 years (preferred)
