- Receiving clients in the reception area.
- Issuing of invoices, doing billing.
- Collection of payments.

- Managing medical aid queries.
- Follow up on unpaid accounts.
- Assist with account queries.
- Daily cash up for the branch.
- Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy. (Covid Regulations)
- Performing general admin tasks.
- Filing.
Required skills:

- Highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and be extremely accurate and precise in the carrying out of instructions.
- Ability to follow processes precisely and consistently.
- Experience of medical / allied health professions administration.
- Experience in at least one medical management software programme.
- The ability to manage 2 to 3 psychologists’ diaries with accuracy and precision:

- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Excellent written skills and fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Calm, and very structured, with a good ability to manage routine.
- In excellent health.
- Consistent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, GoodX, etc.)
