Ballito, South Africa Liquor Barn Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with IT support as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed by office management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an office administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
