We are looking to appoint a **Stores Administrator** who will be based in **Brooklyn, Cape Town**. To assist customers in the in-store check-in and out process. To process and receive payments and issue receipts to customers.
- Picking & packing of stock
- Resolve customer complaints
- Customer service - greet customers when entering and leaving the store
- Manage transactions with customers using the point-of sales system
- Ensure accurate quantity and pricing
- Invoicing and checking picking slips
- Accepting payments - cash / credit card
- Confirming payments are reflecting in our accounts
- Issue receipts, refunds and change
- Stock take
- Maintain clean & tidy area at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Basic Excel
