We're looking for a Sales Assistant to provide outstanding service, support daily store operations, and help our customers find the perfect Incanda products for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in-store and telephonically with product inquiries, quotations, and purchases
  • Provide excellent service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Support promotional activities and store displays to showcase products effectively
  • Liaise with Head Office and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain showroom presentation and assist with general store administration

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' retail or sales experience (furniture or décor environment advantageous)
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Education:

  • High School (Matric) (Required)
