An IT and Audio-Visual Distributer, with 6 national branches, is looking for an **E-Commerce Administrator / Loader**to join our fast-paced, vibrant E-Commerce department.

You will need to assist with uploading products, managing listings, and ensuring seamless operations across various online marketplaces.

Office is based in Brooklyn, Cape Town and this is an in-house position.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, categories, stock levels).
- Ensure the online store is functional, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized.
- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Update stock levels across platforms and prevent overselling.
- Provide customer support for online queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and ratings; escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure accurate product information to reduce order errors and complaints.
- Upload and manage promotional banners, campaigns, and discount codes
- Analyse competitors’ pricing and products.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
- Keep up to date with e-commerce regulations and best practices
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support management with any ad-hoc e-commerce projects

**QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS**:

- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Takealot, Amazon, Loot, etc.)
- Good Excel knowledge & experience
- Attention to detail & ability to manage product data
- Basic knowledge of image uploads & descriptions
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
