**The Role**:
Join our team as an** Accounts Payable Administrator,**where you'll be responsible for responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments, while maintaining strong financial controls. This role plays a key part in managing the company’s financial obligations and supporting vendor relationships.

**Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Processing - Reviewing, verifying, and capturing invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Payment Execution - Preparing and processing payments to suppliers within agreed terms to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Reconciliations - Conducting supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Expense Control & Compliance - Ensuring all expenses are recorded correctly, approvals are in place, and compliance with financial policies is maintained.
- Query Resolution and GRNYI management - Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to address and resolve payment and invoice or PO queries efficiently.
- Reporting & Support - Assisting with financial reporting, audit requirements, and process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.

**Your expertise**:

- 3 - 5 Years relevant experience_ _

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Post matric qualification in bookkeeping/Accounting

**Other**:
**Personal attributes/ soft skills required**:

- Attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills for expense reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
- Familiarity with purchase order processes.
- Vendor management
- Time management
