Commercial Claims Consultant with minimum 3 years’ Commercial Claims experience in the Short Term Insurance Claims environment, specifically with a Broker with a binder facility, required to start asap.
- Grade 12
- RE Certificate essential
- Relevant FAIS accreditation required
- Minimum 3 years relevant commercial claims experience essential
- Experience within a Brokerage with a binder facility, preferred
:

- Ensure minimization of claims and claims expenses
- Relationship building with all stakeholders
- Client service
- Claims administration - received notification, process claim, appoint assessors, assess claim validity and administer validated claims
- Obtain quotes for products/repairs
- Negotiations with service providers, 3rd parties and 3rd party Insurers
- Settle claims
- Payment
- Salvage and recovery registers
- Recoveries
- Assist with Management Reports
- Follow adherence of underwriting process for cancellations
