Able to support PC, printers and signature pads at Woolworths stores within the specified region.
- Perform asset audit / stock count
- Assist with issues post new printer installation (our support vendor will perform the actual printer installation)
- Assist the store to switch over to the web-based Fico Origination platform (be the ears and eyes on the ground and feedback/escalate to the remote war site room that will run for the duration of the rollout)
- Assist to switch over to new signature pad process (PDF, local software, drivers) - existing Wacom signature pads will not be changed, just the software.
- Troubleshoot computer issues related to printing of store / credit cards
- Troubleshoot issues related to signature pads
- Guidance / instructions will be provided by the WFS IT team therefore specific knowledge of the card printer, Origination platform and signature pads not required.
- Min 3 years Desktop support experience (Microsoft Windows)
- Edge and Chrome browser
- General printer and peripheral skills and knowledge
- Good communicator as there are several stakeholders to engage with (onsite store staff, Team Leader, IT vendor, WFS IT team / Project war room)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
