**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in brand management, events planning, or marketing-related field
Experience in financial services industries preferred
Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and events that drive results
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in brand management and events planning
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Understanding and knowledge of asset management industry would be advantages
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of brand strategies that align with the business objectives and values.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build the credibility of brands
Manage and execute in-person and virtual events, including sponsorship activations, conferences, and client events, from planning to execution.
Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure that brand messaging is consistent across all channels and platforms
Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends and use this information to inform brand strategy
Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute events and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and mail campaigns
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
