**Primary Purpose
The Group Head of Marketing and Commercial will lead Marketing and Sales as per the Group’s development plan within the Smart City implementation strategy.

The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the Marketing and Sales department by driving Marketing strategies and delivering on sales targets for residential and non-residential projects.

**Main Responsibilities
**Marketing**
- Develop integrated Marketing and Commercial business plans aligned with key business opportunities to drive expected corporate results.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs/ policies and procedures in the Marketing and Sales department.
- Set and manage budgets of the marketing and sales department as approved by the company.
- Develop integrated Marketing and Commercial business development plans aligned with key business opportunities to drive expected corporate results
- Work in close collaboration with the projects’ team and in partnership with internal marketing and sales team to determine the strategic positioning of the products in the real estate development
- Ensure execution of marketing and business development strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the Group’s strategic plan
- Oversee all communication, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the Marketing strategy in coordination with the Marketing and Project team
- Conduct Market research and SWOT analysis to assess internal and external products situations as and when required
- Maintain updated information on the size of the market, segmentation of the market, the product and to meet needs of customers and expected benefits/returns.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales and marketing monthly reports are produced as per agreed timelines
- Collaborate with agents, vendors and media as and when required

**Sales**
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
- Work in collaboration with the Group CEO to develop sales plan and budget
- Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Source new leads to convert into sales

**People Management**
- Lead and assist the Marketing and Sales team
- Manage the performance of the Marketing and Sales team by ensuring set objectives are met
- Assist in the recruitment, set objectives of the Marketing and Sales team, and monitor their performance
- Supervise work of staff including planning, assigning and scheduling tasks, reviewing work performance (KPI) and managing productivity

**Client Relationship**
- Build strategic relationships and partnership with the key industry players, agencies and promoters

**Education & Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field

**Experience**

- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Marketing and Sales in a real estate environment
with 5 year in a senior role.
