Are you someone who can:
- Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG.
- This role will be dedicated to Group Fraud risk management as a second line functional fraud head.
- You will be required to provide oversight, guidance and independent assurance ensure the effectiveness of the organization's fraud risk management program.
- This includes Risk and loss reporting, fraud risk maturity reviews, fraud risk appetite facilitation; fraud risk assessments focused on profiling, prevention and detection controls; evaluation of fraud response strategies, emerging risks and forecasting, control testing, fraud mitigation effectiveness reviews and alignment with other risk types.
- In all cases, recommendations to management to be made.
- You will play a collaborative role across fraud typologies and risk SME's including Payment risk, conduct and cyber-SMEs.
- Have a degree or post graduate degree in business or risk related fields.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at senior management level
