Are you someone who can:
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.-
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders- Develop an unsecured lending platform strategy aligned to business strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress; and ensure roadmaps align to P&P segment priorities.- Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.- Manage designated unsecured lending platform projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation.- Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.- Coordinate an unsecured pillar response to key business challenges across distribution, credit risk, niches and Hypersegments, and product features.- Explore local and international markets for new processes, capabilities and products in the lending space.- Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.- Actively develop and enhance personal skills and competence.- Coordinate the Unsecured Lend Manco and ensure the implementation of the strategic direction, risk assessment, and performance evaluation of unsecured lending products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance through this forum.- Minimum Qualification: A relevant Bachelor’s degree in commerce (NQF Level 7) or similar related qualification.- Minimum Experience: 5 - 8 years in a similar environment, of which 2-3 years ideally at management level.
