**Requirements**:
- Matric with a Diploma or degree in Retail, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Garb

- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess needs, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for client queries and training needs.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and promotions to grow sales volumes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring all business agreements align with company standards.
- Operational Support:
- Provide on-site support to ensure product quality and brand standards.
- Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency at franchise locations.
- Monitor store compliance, including stock levels, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Financial Growth and Reporting:
- Support revenue targets through effective sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Regularly report on sales activities and business development initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and report submission.
