**Job Description**:
We are looking for a _forward-thinking Operational leader_ with _outstanding financial acumen_ - _exceptional interpersonal skills -_ and _proven successful e_xperience in the project management of heavy industry engineering shutdowns and refurbishment projects - to take on the key role of **INDUSTRIAL SERVICES MANAGER.**

The position will report to the General Manager (Services) - and will be tasked with the strategic role of_ Full accountability_ for the operational performance and strategic development of the Industrial Services Divisions ensuring alignment to the company’s regional and international strategic plans.

**OVERVIEW OF ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Full Responsibility for the operations of the Industrial Services Business Unit, including but not limited to operations, Budgets, P&L management and optimisation
- Responsible for the review and Approval of proposals (where required), orders and procurement / invoice instructions to be executed according to company procedures
- Lead the Industrial Services department in ensuring projects are executed optimally and efficiently
- Work with Commercial, Engineering and Tendering teams to identify core product offerings required in key markets
- Ensure implementation of 5S Principles
- Assist the relevant Commercial Managers (Water, Waste and Energy) to ensure commercial offers are generated according to clients requirements, on time, in budget and optimally to ensure commercial success.
- Assist the various Business Units and various commercial sector managers to create and maintain an effective sales strategy
- Assist the HR division and ensure that the Industrial Services Division complies with the legal requirements of the Company’s HR policies and procedures
- Full accountability for the performance and strategic development of the Industrial Services Divisions ensuring alignment to regional and international strategic plans including the following:
1) Containerised and skid based projects
2) Project Management (Bespoke Engineered Projects (EP) / Refurbishment projects in both municipal and industrial sectors / Large scale industrial shutdowns and refurbishments)
3) Manufacturing / Production (identifying specialists & developing relationships)
4) Development and execution of the Industrial Services value proposition
5) Project Execution and Planning
6) Financial (ensure that all costs and forecasts are accurately presented and tracked on a monthly basis)
7) Procurement and Business Support to ensure effective procurement
8) Logistics
9) Installation, commissioning and handover of all projects
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Maintain discipline in the organisation to legal requirements & Company policies & procedures
- Perform relevant Strategic Planning Functions
