**Job Description**:
The Procure to Pay team supports the business on matters of Tactical Sourcing, Expenses Management, Catalog Management, Coupa Administration, Master Data Management, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Exception Management.

This position will support all areas as required with a primary focus on:

- Responsible for Coupa system administration and features in the India, Middle East, Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa region
- Provide and share data analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for day-to-day task management and provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Responsible for Concur Administration for users

Accountabilities
- Manage the ticketing systems for Concur and Coupa
- Resolve and/or escalate issues related to processes in Coupa and users in Concur
- Advise end-users on P2P and Concur best practices and proper use of the technology
- Improve Purchase Order and Goods Receipts Compliance for region
- Monitor PO penetration monthly for the region
- Identify noncompliant users and assess training needs
- Train business units on the P2P process on a regular or on demand basis
- Participate in local, regional and global projects
- Regular reviews and actions on open Purchase Orders

Measures
- Meeting Service Levels for Concur and Coupa support tickets
- Creation and completion of projects
- Training of Users and Suppliers

Key Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Systems administration (Coupa, SAP, Concur or similar )
- Administration, Finance, Procurement, Purchasing experience
- Leading or participating in projects
