Global HR Shared Services Specialist

**What We're Looking For**:
The Global HR Shared Services Specialist will be responsible for the execution of the transactional HR Shared Services tasks as well as monitoring and maintaining the HR Services desk. This role will support the Global HR team by executing on HR service desk requests, onboarding, terminations and maintenance of the HRIS (Workday). The HR Shared Services specialist will be the first point of contact for HR Queries and will provide tier 1 HR assistance.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Execute on HR Service Desk request (JIRA), triage query or escalate appropriately
- Process Unemployment Claims
- Responsible for confirmation of employment / Employment Authorization Process (uConfirm & Payroll)
- Global onboarding support and processes to ensure the smooth transition of our new starters
- Terminations and relevant steps
- HR System related duties related to Workday, Greenhouse and Sterling
- Background and Right to work checking
- Management of One-time payments support for the Compensation & Benefits team

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- Relevant qualification (HR or IS preferred)
- 1 - 2 years functional experience
- HR systems familiarity (WorkDay preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High service delivery and performance mindset
- Good understanding of HR activities

**Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role**:

- JIRA background would be beneficial
