**The Department**:
WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry, by bringing innovation and best quality in our products to the markets. We are driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives by bringing in innovation in the hearing aid industry.

You will lead a team of 3 managers and will have a overall team size of 17, and will work closely with the head of Warehouse and Customer Service to ensure the business functions to its full potential.

The operational team has a vibrant culture, and they strive continuously to improve on their performance and service delivery.

**The role**:
You will provide leadership and strategic direction for your team, in line with overall strategic and business goals, acting as a role model for organisational culture and values in order to achieve the goals and direction of the company.

You will be responsible for supervising, developing and managing the different managers in your teams to ensure the integrity of all operational functions.

You will oversee the daily, weekly and monthly operational activities of a business and ensures that the workforce is productive.

Your duties include working with other senior staff on strategic planning, ensuring that staff are all aware of operational best practices and implementing new technologies and processes for the benefit of the business.

You are responsible for reporting feedback to the rest of the senior management team with regards to analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and production capacity.

Maintaining a working knowledge of their industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector is important.
