We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learnership Project Officer. At Afrika Tikkun we offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of learners in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the learnership environment, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and the SETA Constitution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between learners, trainers, and management.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of learnership programs, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
- Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their concerns and monitoring their progress.
- Liaise with the SETA to manage all administrative tasks related to learnership programs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a learnership environment is preferable, with a strong understanding of learnership programs and their requirements.
- Familiarity with SETA processes and procedures is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of sector regulation compliance is essential, with an understanding of the SETA Constitution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines in challenging circumstances.
- Willingness to work in a high-stress environment and accommodate long working hours when necessary.
