**The role in a nutshell**:
**Your mission will be**:

- Delivering on the team metric of creating a WOW employee experience by ensuring that all people processes within the employee lifecycle are seamless with a high focus on UX, self service, automation and our values (Moontality)
- Developing a team that can support the business
- Taking ownership for delivering a world-class remote or hybrid global onboarding experience that makes our new joiners feel like they belong at Luno
- Demonstrating operational excellence by continuously upgrading our people processes to support the changes of our growing business
- Smart scaling of our systems and data capabilities
- Manage and support the systems that are used to support the HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee data management. Champion to the wider people team to make use of the full functionality (including updates) and ability to demonstrate the ROI of the system.
- Play a key role in people data analytics and reporting, collecting and maintaining employee data, analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights, and generating regular and ad hoc reports to provide HR and business leaders with the information they need to make informed decisions. Helps drive organisational performance and success by providing valuable insights into employee behaviour, engagement, and performance.
- Also be responsible for training employees on how to use the system, troubleshooting issues, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

**A little about you**:

- A strong human resources systems background, with at least 6 years experience
- Experience in developing and/or updating people related processes and world class policies
- Experience in sourcing, onboarding and integrating various HR related systems, with a track record of optimising people tools
- It would be advantageous to have experience using Jira, Notion, G-Suite, CultureAmp, Paycor, Greenhouse or HiBob.
- Experience within a fast paced, changing environment
- Experience leading a team, with global people management experience as a bonus
- Global onboarding experience will be a bonus
