Who They're Looking For An experienced HR professional with a passion for creating positive work environments. Proven experience in an HR or People Operations role with a strong focus on employee engagement; client-facing or consulting experience is advantageous. A natural communicator with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
