Renewal Memory Partners has a special opportunity for a high-caliber Finance and Operations Associate to join our mission-driven team.

In this role, you'll be providing essential back-office support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bi-weekly billing and payroll (for approximately 300 people)
- Accounts Payables (AP) & Accounts Receivables (AR)
- Maintenance of general ledger
- Long-Term Care Insurance billing and claims processing
- Employee benefits management, including enrolment/de-enrolment
- Employee database management and reporting for audits, including workers comp and other insurances
- Financial reconciliation of several company accounts (e.g. credit card statements)
- Primary point of contact for clients and employees on billing and payroll matters
- Additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Prior bookkeeping experience for small/medium size businesses based in the United States
- Experience managing payroll
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes
- Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written (English)
- Tech-savvy with ability to easily learn new systems and platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working for homecare companies or other healthcare companies a plus
- Strong, secure, and reliable internet connection

This is a full-time position, 40 hour per week position that requires availability during US business hours, 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
