**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock movement, level projection & turn-around as well as the implementation of buying decision strategies
- Negotiate prices and discount terms with suppliers and research market related pricing strategies
- Chasing suppliers to ensure that the products are received on time
- Responsible to return all faulty stock to suppliers for credit or exchange to update dormant/access reports on a monthly basis
- Investigate customer returns, capturing customer & supplier credit notes
- Process all supplier purchase orders, invoices and returns (local & import)
- Process all price updates when price changes occur with suppliers
- Office equipment/stationery ordering & maintenance, keeping a register
- Switchboard duties assistant
- Capturing and calculation of staff time sheets on excel
- Various excel reports such as inventory movement, supplier chasing, credit notes, driver’s traffic fines, etolls, etc.
- Ensure housekeeping of work area
- Perform any work related task as delegated by your superior**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric
- Effective communication, verbally & listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail at all times & strong administration
- Telephone experience with proven track record and available references
- At least 1 years’ experience & knowledge of hardware & Tools or similar
- Numerically skilled Maths (pure maths)
- Computer skills (certificate required)
- Matric or equivalent (certificate required)
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting and inventory most beneficial.
- Reconciliation of stock & suppliers accounts, investigation and administering of stock adjustment as required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, very well organized and manage time effectively
