**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Search, recruit and place a pool of effective social media influencers.
- Be consistently friendly and communicative as you engage with talents.
- Support and assist, when necessary, the recruitment of other roles across the agency.
- Scheduling online calls with the Campaign Manager
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
- Keep track of communication with talents.
- Work closely with the marketing department to match up suitable talents for the specific brand campaigns.

**Abilities and skills**:

- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to keep up with high-volume recruiting.
- Good decision-making abilities and decisiveness.
- Good eye for talent.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Familiar with Tiktok International Influencers and trends

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R9,600.00 per month
