We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to drive the increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**SOCIAL MEDIA**
- Research content for social media platforms.
- Design content for posts & stories.
- Stay on top of the post schedule per day.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Manage and oversee social media content over all platforms.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Research what the competition is doing and report back to management when necessary.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Adhere to rules and regulations.
- Create paid campaigns over Facebook Ads and Boosted posts in the local area.
- Gain organic reach by sharing with local groups and interacting with the local area.
- Edit and add videos to YouTube, and update the files on Jupix with the video links.
- Manage social media headers when necessary.
- Reply to comments, likes, and messages on all social media platforms.

**WEBSITE**
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization on the website.
- Manage the website and make any changes required.
- Designing of any graphics required for our website.

**OTHER**
- General graphic design work.
- Design and send out weekly newsletters.
- Upload blogs to the website and social media.
- Video editing

**QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS**:

- 2 + years of experience as a Digital Marketing Associate or similar role.
- Experience in designing content on Adobe, Canva or other software.(Design)
- Experience in video editing.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills.

**HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding.

**WORKING HOURS: 09:00 - 13:00 UK Time**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: R9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)
