Job Description

To facilitate the OUTsurance Life & Funeral product, Life & Funeral Claims Administrators are needed to provide dedicated, value-orientated assistance, hence the position of Life & Funeral Claims Administrator emerged. The duties include, but is not limited to:

- Handle Admin and follow up concerning Life and Funeral claims
- Dealing with queries with Life & Funeral clients and service providers
- Liaise with service providers and assessors
- Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
- Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner

Qualifications
- Minimum Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
- Previous Administration experience with Life & Funeral Claims will be beneficial
