- Basic office admin
- Maintaining of office area
- Record keeping of staff movements
- All adhoc admin duties on a daily basis
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Time-management and organization skills
- Confidentiality
- Self-Motivated
- Must be proficient in MS Packages
