**Description**

Your role will be to assist in the Accounts Department as a supporting role to the Debtors & Creditors Clerk and the dealership Accountant.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

- Reconciling of bank statements
- Assisting with the Debtors function
- Manage petty cash including record keeping
- Debit card transactions, recon and posting
- Record income received and allocate all transactions to appropriate accounts.
- Loading of EFT payments
- Switchboard relief
- Admin assistance with annual audit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Senior Certificate or relevant NQF Levels.
- MS Office computer literate
- Pinnacle / Evolve / CDK / Kerridge working experience and knowledge
- Reliable team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail ability.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays on month-end

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
