_As the Office Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact at the Johannesburg Office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff. Your role encompasses front desk management, administrative support across departments, and efficient coordination of office operations to maintain a well-functioning workplace._

**Office Coordination**:
- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Manage all incoming calls, including answering, screening, and redirecting where necessary.
- Oversee the activities of contractors, maintenance teams, and cleaning staff.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Manage general front-desk responsibilities, including distributing correspondence and handling deliveries.
- Coordinate and support internal office events and activities.
- Oversee boardroom bookings and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage kitchen and refreshment supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, sugar, water, cleaning items).
- Maintain a clean and organized front-office and communal work environment.
**Office Administration**:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including printing, laminating, and filing.
- Coordinate courier services: Weekly store courier dispatches (currently 43 stores); monthly documentation collections (e.g., petty cash slips, petrol slips, e-wallet, and credit card statements).
- Manage office supply inventory and place timely orders for stationery, toner, and groceries.
- Maintain oversight and control of office, marketing, and asset-related stock.
- Support additional administrative functions and ad hoc tasks as required.
- **Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required**_
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
