**PROJECT COORDINATOR**

**Senior Project Manager**

**Job overview**:
As a Project Coordinator, your role in ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to facilitate project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Your ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and organised will be essential in driving project success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor current projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to meet the timeline within the budget.
- Monitor and ensure all logged issues are resolved by relevant department.
- Ensure operation schedule is loaded on time.
- Arrange payments of accommodation and LOA for operators when travelling.
- Ensure that the maintenance dates of the units are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Serve as client’s point of contact regarding feedback on all operational matters.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Strategize with project manager when needed.
- Compile monthly feedback reports.
- Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings.
- Collect content from operators for social media updates.
- Ensure SLA obligations are always met.
- Meet clients with Project Manager around operational performance.
- Escalate any process challenges that needs improvement.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
- Organise and set up mobiles for client viewing.
- Arrange office events and workshops.

**Requirements**:
1. Matric Certificate and any other relevant project management or business administration qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management.

3. Valid Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive required)
- Driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
