**Job Summary**:
As the Group Marketing Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of the overarching marketing strategies for our group of companies. This role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, fostering lead generation, and ultimately achieving our marketing goals. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact through marketing initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
2. Coordinate online marketing campaigns, focusing on social media, SEO and websites in collaboration with digital agencies where applicable.
3. Maintaining and enforcing brand standards across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone of voice to uphold the group of companies brand identities.
4. Must having a working knowledge of social media analytics and understand the various metrics.
5. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms with a proven track record in growing social media presence, boosting customer engagement, and managing successful campaigns.
6. Oversee the creation and acquisition of marketing materials from represented brands.
7. Collaborate with Sales Managers and Marketing Manager to identify and prioritise marketing needs.
8. Create compelling B2B marketing content to drive lead generation.
9. Assist in developing various marketing plans and target audience acquisition strategies.
11. Coordinate and publish campaign calendars to ensure timely execution.
12. Oversee the development, production, and installation of all signage materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
13. Assist in producing marketing materials and brand communications.
14. Coordinate internal and external events, including venue booking and ordering marketing materials, while liaising with internal clients, vendors, and stakeholders to execute marketing programs effectively.
15. Craft compelling presentations, ensuring clear visuals and engaging delivery.
16. Supervise stationery needs such as letterheads and business cards.
17. Generate purchase orders for marketing activities and ensure prompt payments.
18. Manage the requisition and inventory of uniforms and promotional items across all group companies.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing (essential).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing role.
- Experience in monitoring and analysing market trends.
- Experience in studying competitors' products and services.
- Experience in Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
