ADMS is looking for a digital-savvy, highly motivated, recent graduate in the fields of digital marketing, media, advertising with a design qualification. **Job description**

**Key purpose of the role**

A group resource, assisting the Group CEO and Marketing Director with tasks related to marketing ADMS and working alongside its subsidiaries throughout Africa.

**Key outputs/accountability**
- To assist the Group CEO, Marketing Director and Business Leadership Team with Marketing Hitch Innovation Group, as well as all of its subsidiary companies:

- Marketing activities, proposals and pitches for Licenced Companies and Products,
- Working as part of a combined team producing Pitch and RFP Material
- Preparation of marketing materials, presentations and promotional items
- Assisting in event planning
- Design work
- Assisting in Management of Social Media and Websites for each business
- Creation of Mock-ups for Marketing Proposals
- Manage Media Spend and Marketing Budget for Group advertising activities
- Strategic planning and competitor evaluation for business in the group
- Campaign management where necessary
- Project management

**East and Southern Africa**
- Manage in country partners in the different regions
- Prepare proposal decks where necessary
- Support in country teams with whatever resources are necessary to bring in business
- Offer support in pitch meetings where necessary
- Work as a direct liaison between ADMS Holdings and in country partners
