A. Job Title:
Warehouse Supervisor reporting to the Warehouse Manager
B. Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include responsibility for ensuring the highest quality of the
work and maximizing productivity of our warehouseC. Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)
1Stock Management
- Ensure stock is stored according to the correct procedures
- Ensure stock is packed and stacked to ease counting and retrieval
- Monitor the Expiry dates of stock and ensure stock rotation is done
- Manage and determine the placement of received stock

2 Stock Movement
- Prepare bulk orders according to prescribes processes
- Management of the Warehouse System

3 General Supervisory Duties
- Report any maintenance issues to relevant Manager as soon as it is noted
- Ensure that maintenance is executed to prevent any hinderance to productivity of the warehouse

4 Team Supervision
- Be knowledgeable and conversant in all tasks of Warehouse division to enable you to train and

supervise your team
- Ensure all team members are trained, knowledgeable and conversant in the tasks they are

allocated
- Supervise and Manage the daily effectiveness of the team reporting to you

5 Teamwork
- Support department managers and co employees.
- Actively participate as a member of the team
- Performing any other task, not specified herein, which from time to time may be assigned by the

manager.
5 Housekeeping and Safety Standards
- Ensures that cleaning and housekeeping standards on equipment and work areas are

maintained according to laid down standards and norms
- Ensure Personal hygiene standards are maintained
- Take reasonable care for own health and safety as well as the health and safety of others
- Wear the correct PPE in accordance with the company policy and procedures
- No interference or abuse of any health, safety and environmental welfare equipment
- Keep work areas clean and free from hazards and risks

D. Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Educational Background:

- Grade 12
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand Afrikaans & English

Knowledge/Skills:

- Forklift licence will be advantageous
- Operational Agility
- Ensure Vision, Mission and Values underpin all activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,241.74 per month
