The purpose of this position is to is to ensure that claims are processed in terms of the policies and procedures of the Company and in accordance with standards established by the Company and the Scorpion Legal Protection (RF) (Pty) Ltd Policy Document.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
**Consulting with clients**:Attending to clients and providing legal advice and assistance

**Drafting & Attending to Correspondence**:Attending to drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of clients

**Providing Feedback to clients**:Ensuring that clients receive regular updates and feedback

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS**

**Education**:Matric & Legal / LLB Degree

**Experience**:At least 1 years’ experience in a legal environment. Experience in dealing with Labour matters advantageous. Practice experience advantageous.

**Other**:Must be computer literate; specifically proficient in MS Word and Outlook.

**General working conditions**:Regular office environment and no health and safety risks involved. No travel involved.
