This role requires precision, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure seamless claims handling and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and finalise commercial claims from instruction to settlementApply policy terms and conditions accurately to each claimMaintain detailed records and update task management systemsLiaise effectively with clients, brokers, and underwritersConduct timely follow-ups to keep stakeholders informedGenerate management reports and identify potential fraud risksEnsure compliance with FAIS, POPIA, FSCA, and TCF principlesAbout YouMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial claims handling (short-term insurance)Strong understanding of policy wording and product knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong administrative abilityConfident using MS Office and claims/task management systemsFAIS is compliant with an ongoing commitment to CPD
