**Signal Hill Products is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant/ Quality Controller (QC)**

**Position/Title: QA/QC**
**Reports To: QA Manager**
**Function: Quality**
**Area: South Africa**

**Overall Responsibility**:
**The Quality Assurance (QA) Assistants ensure that all company procedures and products meet internal quality standards as well as external regulations. Quality assurance assistants work with other staff to make sure procedures and products adhere to established quality standards, maintain legal compliance, and satisfy customers.**

**Focus Area 1- Complete Quality Assurance Audits**
- Act as catalysts for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, and determining operational and performance qualification

**Focus Area 2- Create Analytical Reports**
- Extracts database information and manipulates data into clear reports for management, corporate executives, and clients as needed.

**Focus Area 3- Maintain and Update Company Procedures and Policies**
- Maintains and keeps the policy and procedural manuals up to date.

**Focus Area 4- Health and Safety**
- Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the FSMS and QC functions

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Matric and Degree certificates
- At least 3 years of industry experience

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**:

- Communication Skills
- Analytical thinking
- Technical writing
- Self-motivation

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R5.00 per month
