As we expand our team we are on the look out for an International Customer Service Representitives for our Cape Town based branch.

As a member of eKomi, you will be a voice to our brand. As a tenacious listener you will figure out what moves our clients, counsel them better than anyone in the business, and support our clients in getting closer to their sales target every single day.

**Role.**
- Promptly answers to customers’ requests regarding reported problems
- Escalates specific problems to relevant colleagues
- Looks for alternative solutions for problems
- Continuously improves service quality, taking into account the feedbacks and suggestions from the client
- Follows procedures, being flexible at the same time, so that the customer satisfaction is the primary concern
- Follows pre-established procedures for solving the problems in due time and a correct manner, or allocates the problems to other involved departments
- Asks the client for information (documents, print screens) for a better understanding of their problems
- Administrative activities in client management: input of cases into customer management platform, other administrative activities regarding case management and of documents received from customers
- Demonstrates the understanding of the clients' business needs and keeps clients' satisfaction degree high

**Requirements...**
- Expierence as a Customer Service Representitive
- PC and MS Office skills
- Good communication and customer relations skills
- Problem-solving skills, eagerness and easiness to find solutions to customers’ problems
- Ability to quickly react to customer requests
- Good time-management skills
- Proactive
- Manages the relationship with the client by monitoring the allocated communication channels
- Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving client’s requests

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
