We’re expanding our Customer Service Representative team at Concentrix and we are seeking night owls to support a US campaign. Working from our dynamic Cape Town office, you’ll be working on site between 5 pm and 4 am.

**What you will do in this role**
- Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services and solutions
- Process payment information with high security and integrity

**Your qualifications and experience**
Concentrix is a great match if you have:

- A matric certificate
- Proficiency in English verbal communication
- At least 12 months’ experience working in an international contact centre environment
- Sales experience
- The ability to troubleshoot and find effective resolutions
