**What will you do?**
- The project coordinator will organise and manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Project Management**
- Work closely with the Project Manager (PM) to understand the needs of the project, the project plan and how to support its execution.
- Set up the necessary meetings to execute the project plan.
- Execute the project management tracking process.
- Prepare status reports and draft presentations for various stakeholders.
- Escalate impasses to PM.
- Support the PM in ensuring that all projects adhere to RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) log management.

**Process Efficiency**
- Manage the engagement of the project team by setting up relevant meetings, discussions etc.
- Manage the tracking of critical risks for reporting purposes and ensure that the PM is aware of these.
- Allocation of tasks to various project team under the guidance of the PM.
- Draw reports from JIRA and compile reports which are required by the Project for the various governance structures for the PM.
- Prepare minutes (recordings) for relevant meetings to ensure that to maintain records of discussions, decisions and signoffs of project milestones.

**Stakeholders**
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive delivery against project milestones
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document defects, obtain clarity, replicate defects where possible to ensure clear understanding so issues can be resolved adequately
- Build strong relationships with Business representatives from each OE to ensure successful achievement of the common goals
- Qualification and Experience- Matric Certificate
- Computer literate (Working knowledge of Advanced MS Office)
- Project Coordinator experience
- Working knowledge of JIRA and other project management software.
- Knowledge and Skills- Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
