Yacht.Vacations is looking for experienced salespeople to join our growing team of international charter consultants. Fast becoming one of the biggest brokerages in the Caribbean we are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to step into the role of charter consultant.

Our clients are some of the wealthiest individuals in the United States and are generally extremely friendly, easy to work with and are looking to charter in both the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

The basics of the role
- Develop ongoing relationships with both new as well as existing clients created through our marketing.
- Provide an end-to-end service to the client from the first call to introduce yourself, to the moment they step off the yacht.
- Create a simple and seamless experience for the client from booking to embarking

Key Responsibilities
- Effective and timeous communication with clients and providers
- To build and maintain relationships with the client and be their one source for all things yachting.
- To build and maintain both your and the company’s relationship with the various Charter Agents
- Liaise with the Charter Agents for any information regarding the yacht of choice for the client.
- Take responsibility for all areas of the booking and the client's experience by managing expectations.
- Complete agreements as well as invoices to facilitate the booking process.
- Effective CRM and administrative management
- Effective time and productivity management.

Role requirements:
Must have worked for a commission before in a sales environment (3 - 5 years is preferable) and understand the nature of the position and the inputs required to succeed in a sales environment.
- Must have a proven record of sales
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Must have a high degree of computer literacy
