**Job Overview**:
As an Account Executive/Inside Sales, you will play a critical role in our company's growth and success by promoting and selling our products or services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify leads, build relationships, and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of our products or services, and a results-driven approach to sales.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Manage multiple quote requests in an expedited timeline.
- Continually follow up on quotes to secure a purchase order.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Administer post-sales follow-up to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with current and prospective clients to position yourself as the go-to resource for new projects.
- Work towards achieving quarterly sales quotas.

**Project Management**:

- Effectively oversee each project through various stages of development.
- Define and qualify project scope, objectives, and customer requirements.
- Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure that the products produced meet or exceed client expectations and are delivered on or before the expected timeline.
- Anticipate and fulfill the client's needs and desires.
- Emphasize under-promising and over-delivering to excel in this position.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2 years of sales experience in an Inside Sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.

**Salary**: R5,400.00 - R10,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
