You will be part of a dynamic team and have the desire to build a
micro-insurance landscape in South Africa where everyone uses
insurance, this challenging and exciting role is just for you. aYo SA
Intermediaries forms part of aYo Holdings - the parent company
- that is expanding the aYo footprint across the African continent,
contributing to product and client engagement innovation to offer
value and relevance to our customers.
Undertaking claims investigations to ensure
prompt settlement of valid claims within
maximum turnaround time of 72hours, and in
accordance with aYo claims philosophy
Receiving customer enquiries or complaints and
dealing with the conclusively and fairly with
feedback given to customer within a maximum of
48hours to ensure customer is satisfied.
Ensure aYo Clients both internal and external as
well as stakeholders are well serviced in line with
aYo customer engagement framework.
You will need:
- High National Diploma or First Degree in
insurance, statistics, business
- Minimum of 2 years relevant claims
experience in the FinTech Insurance
industry;
- Understanding of long term insurance
industry;
- Knowledge and understanding of claims
assessment philosophy and customer
experience;
- Ability to speak at least one additional
language other than English
